Nutritionist visit


This week we were lucky to have Miss Carryer's mum come in and speak to us about how food effects our bodies. Comment below if you can add some captions to go with these photos.

    1. when your not born yet you have 100 percent of health and water.and when your old you have 50 percent.when your a normal adult you have 70 percent.and when your a baby thats just born you have 80 percent

    2. if you dont drink alote of watter your pee would be really really yellow so you should drink alote of water.

  2. If you drink alot of water then your pee is light but if you do not it is very dark pee
